J. H. Tarapore School observed Safety Week 2026–27 under the theme “Safety First: Learn, Act, Protect,” with enthusiastic participation from students across all sections.
In the Primary Department, students engaged in interactive activities such as safety-themed videos, role plays on good touch and bad touch, sorting exercises, badge-making, group discussions, and slogan writing, helping them understand essential safety practices in a fun and meaningful way.
Students of Classes VI–XII took part in activities like designing Emergency Contact Cards, creating charts on safety themes, craft-based projects with safety messages, and cyber safety posters, promoting awareness and responsibility.
The highlight of the week was a Self-Defense Workshop for Class XII conducted by Shihan. L Nageshwar Rao and his team, where students learned practical karate techniques, situational awareness, and confidence-building skills.
An informative Mental Health Awareness session for Class XI further emphasized the importance of emotional well-being and self-care.
The celebration was a meaningful blend of learning and creativity, leaving students more aware, confident, and safety-conscious.
