The event featured a captivating dance presentation by the students depicting the various chess pieces and their strategic movements, setting the tone for the tournament.

๐Œ๐ซ. ๐Œ๐ฎ๐ค๐ฎ๐ฅ ๐‚๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐๐ก๐š๐ซ๐ข, Chief of Sports, Tata Steel Ltd. and CEO, Jamshedpur Football and Sporting Pvt. Ltd., graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. ๐Œ๐ซ๐ฌ. ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ญ๐ข ๐’๐ข๐ง๐ก๐š, Zonal Coordinator, Jamshedpur Zone and Principal of Gulmohar High School, attended as the Guest of Honour, while ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐. ๐Š. ๐“๐ข๐ฐ๐š๐ซ๐ฒ, Vice President, ESCA, was present as the Special Guest.

The technical proceedings were supervised by ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐‚๐ก๐š๐ง๐๐š๐ง ๐Š๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ Prasad, Technical Director and International Arbiter, while ๐Œ๐ซ. ๐‰๐š๐ฒ๐š๐ง๐ญ ๐Š๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ซ ๐๐ก๐ฎ๐ฒ๐š๐ง officiated as the Chief Arbiter.
