The school understands its responsibility towards the community and thus makes an effort to help develop the girl Child from the economically ewak strata of the society.
Tarapore Balika Vidyalaya (Hindi Medium) was inaugurated in the year November,2002. The classes for the children are held in the afternoon on the premises of the school, ensuring the same facilities given to the J.H.Tarapore students.
The school provides books, stationery, uniforms and shoes free of cost to these children.
The students of J. H. Tarapore School also support these children in the terms of note books, toys, school bags etc.
Recent Activities
On the 6th and 7th of February 2020, TBV organised it’s annual event SATRANG in the school premises.
SATRANG is an Intra school event which is conducted for students of classes 5 to 10 .
100% participation is ensured . A student can participate in any two events.
The aim of this event is to give each student a platform to showcase their talent and rediscover themselves. The students thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
A new initiative was taken to also give the teachers a chance to show their skills. Two events were cooking without fire and best out of waste. The teachers participated whole heatedly and enjoyed themselves thoroughly.
