Annual English and Hindi Elocution (2019-20)

J. H .  Tarapore School  organised   the  Annual English and Hindi Elocution Contest for the Primary Department  on the 29^th of June, 2019. The program began with the lighting of the lamp . At first we had English Elocution which was followed by the  Hindi Elocution .

The Chief Guest for the programme was Ms. Lalitha  Chandrashekhar  who gave away the prizes to the winners.

The students of Std. IV & V competed with each other . In Std III  the whole class participated in Choral recitation  and the three sections competed among themselves .

The poems were selected and short listed with great  care . The competition was tough and the judges had a difficult task .

The winners of English Elocution of the following groups were :

Group A  –      

1^st  –   Sanskriti  Choudhary  ( IV C ) , 

2^nd  –  Bhavya  Kumari   ( IV  B )

Group C  –   

1^st – Shreiya  Sanskriti     ( V B )    , 

2^nd  –   Priya  Singh   (  V A  )

2^nd –  Shradha  Sidharth  ( IV C )

The program  came to an end with a short encouraging speech by the Chief Guest who congratulated the winners and encouraged the teachers and students .
